Annual Convention -  September 26-27-28, Bloomington, IL

The 2013 Convention will be held at Bloomington Chateau Hotel and Conference Center.  Registration begins Thursday evening and continues Friday and Saturday for your convenience.  Programs begin Friday morning and continue through Saturday.

This year's convention will feature programs on the common core standards in English Language Arts classrooms as well as methods for improving communication skills for all students. The convention will feature over 20 different programs designed to help all teachers improve communication skills in their classrooms.  Regardless of the level you teach or your professional avocation, the convention is a great way to network and gain information about oral communication and theatre instruction.

The convention will also feature theatre instructional strategies as well as ways to improve reading through oral communication skills.

The annual speech coaching clinics will occur on Friday and Saturday as well.
